During the spring convention, those with the proper credentials get to have a vote in the District Council Meeting, or more easily known as the business meeting at the convention.  This meeting is where the leadership for next year is elected, as well as district status updates and readouts.  Then its up to you as a credentialed member of the district to elect a handful of leaders for next year!
