Use Club District Dollars – June 30 Deadline
Because we become a new District on July 1, we cannot move your earned District Dollars from this Toastmasters year to the next. So PLEASE use your District Dollars by JUNE 30 and submit the receipts in Concur. Find out how many dollars your club has and follow instructions for submitting expenses HERE.
Submit New Club Officer List – June 30 Deadline
Submit your 2026-2027 officer list in Club Central before June 30. Doing this will give you half of a point in the “Administration” Goal of the DIstinguished Club Program for the coming year that begins July 1. Please also send the list of club officers to Yuriy, Program Quality Director, warhawkforlife@gmail.com.
If your newly elected club officers attended a club officer training outside of District 35 in June, please notify Yuriy to help your club receive training credit.
Save Your Club Success Plan – June 30 Deadline
Save a copy of your club’s 2025-2026 Club Success Plan as it may not be available in Club Central after June 30. Schedule a meeting with this year’s and next year’s officers to review the CSP, and begin planning club goals for the year ahead.
