Club officer elections ideally take place in May. To help you motivate club members to take on a role for the first time and support them from the moment it is official, the Program Quality Team is pleased to offer this insightful and interactive session. Learn from Amy Linn-Strosin and Susan Brushafer about easy actions you can take to get the members to say “yes” to becoming club officers. Come away with examples of phrases that tell people “I see something in you.” Getting people to leave their comfort zone can be hard, but all it takes is a personalized approach and their confidence soars. Jumpstart the next year now. Bring in fresh perspectives. Open the door for someone to find in them the hidden skill and talent.
