Call for Volunteers - Club Coaches
Club Coaches support clubs by training, assisting with Moments of Truth, recognizing and minimizing conflict, and empowering others – all professional skills in demand by leadership positions in most industries. Learning to encourage buy-in and troubleshooting processes are all needed in community and corporate organization leadership – and this is all developed in Club Coaching. If you are ready to share your talents with a club in District 35, contact Club Coach Chair, Rhonda Williams (rhondainwisconsin@gmail.com). We are excited to introduce Rhonda as the newest member of the Club Growth Team!
Announcements from Toastmasters International
Find (and attend) Other Clubs' Events!
Have you ever attended an open house, Speak-a-thon, or speech contest hosted by your club? If you have had the pleasure, you know these events are invigorating ways to shake up your club’s normal meeting flow. They’re also fun occasions to visit other clubs!
A recent update to toastmasters.org now enables you to find other clubs’ events on Find a Club. Search for a club that fits your meeting time and type preference (in-person or online/hybrid). On the search results page, any club with an upcoming event is now marked with a red star icon. When you see this icon, click on the club to find out more about the scheduled event and make a plan to attend and bring a friend!
