Sales Playbook for Club Membership

We’ll cover the proper Sales Mindset needed to attract new members to our Clubs. This will include discussion surrounding the Growth Mindset required to attract members versus a fixed state of mind. We’ll talk about the benefit of balancing the knowledge, skills, and discipline needed to have meaningful conversations with prospective new members. We’ll learn to decide if our guests need a “painkiller or a vitamin” from our club. We’ll lay out a sales process, emphasizing investigating and probing questions to uncover their needs and pain. We emphasize skillfully addressing our findings in closing the sale, all packaged in a Sales Playbook for your club.

Breakout Session

Embracing Empathy: How You Can Improve Your Workspace and More by Joe Dutkiewicz, DTM

A recent survey found three out of four employees felt empathy was missing or less than “sufficient” in the workplace. Empathy is one of the core Emotional Intelligence competencies which fosters good relationships and good company culture. With all of the stress in today’s workplace and people not being heard, appreciated, or recognized, empathy has been treated more as a buzzword than a core principle. The good news is you can take immediate steps to understand empathy and more effectively live empathy in your own relationships.

In this session, you will:

· Learn what steps high-performing organizations have taken to implement a more effective empathy culture helping them have outperforming results and keeping more employees retained than their peers.

· Gain three empathy techniques you may immediately use to foster better relationships within your family, team and organization;

· Learn six secrets to move you further and faster in creating a healthier organizational culture where people are heard, appreciated, and recognized.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 18 – AGENDA

Throw Out The How of Work/Life. Start Designing The WHEN You Will Do It

People crave a work/life balance. There are bookstore shelves full of time management books proclaiming how to create this balance and control time. However, the truth is time stops for no one. There is no way to control time. Stop thinking “How-to” and start embracing “When-to”. Once you know the hidden patterns in your day, you can leverage them to be more productive, make faster decisions with more clarity, foster more efficient planning and more rewarding team results, and lead to a better life having more time for those closest to you.

In this session, you will:

· Learn the research results that identified hidden patterns in your day to build the ideal schedule;

· Start crafting better beginnings, midpoints, and endings in your day;

· Learn three techniques to immediately apply to achieving your overall career and life goals and dreams and with your teams to have greater      success
