Retaining members is extremely important for the quality of your club.

Use the club performance numbers of the leadership dashboard to calculate your club’s retention rate:

“current members” minus “new members”) divided by “July 1 base membership”

The top two (2) clubs in each Division with the highest member retention will earn a banner ribbon and $25 in District Dollars.
