Open House Experience Incentive
§ Earn $50 in District Dollars by running an open house Documentation to the Trio by April 30, 2022
§ Clubs may earn this incentive TWICE over the Toastmaster Year, for each open house that is run (for a total of $100).
§ This incentive is available to the first 16 clubs that qualify
§ Email the Club Growth Director Documentation Of Event Which Should Include:
· A Copy of your Agenda
· A Screenshot of your meeting attendees (if a virtual or hybrid meeting)
· A copy of advertisement of your open house on social media/email to former members/all guests you’ve had in the past
§ Not sure what qualifies as an open house? Here’s a short definition and purpose of a Toastmasters Club Open House:
· Definition:
o An event that is planned, organized, promoted and hosted by a Toastmasters Club at their regular club meeting day, time and location.
o Events that are not hosted by a Toastmasters Club, such as community events or events sponsored by other organizations, such as college career fairs, Farmers Markets, etc. do not qualify as a Toastmasters Club Open House
o Pacemaker Challenge: Any unpaid club or club with a base of less than eight paid members as of 10/1/2021, that pays prior dues, and renews a minimum of eight members through September 2022, by May 31, 2021Fab will receive $100 in District Dollars – Available to the First 8 Clubs
o Fab 4: Add Four (4) new members in a Toastmaster Year to win a Banner Ribbon
o Net 5: Add Five (5) new members in a Toastmaster Year to win a Banner Ribbon
o Elite 8: Add eight (8) new members in a Toastmaster Year to win a Banner Ribbon
