District 35 Fall 2025 Business Meeting
The Fall District Council Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025. The Zoom meeting room will open at 8:30 AM. Please plan to log on to the meeting by 8:45 AM.
This meeting will be virtual-only, and will begin at 9:00. While we are optimistic that the meeting will not take the entire planned time, it is scheduled to run until noon. Please plan accordingly.
Proposed agenda items for the September 20, 2025 District Council Meeting must be submitted to the District Director in writing by August 23, 2025.

Additional voting information will be supplied shortly; watch for email from Credentials Chair Jim Vitrano.
- All District 35 Toastmasters are welcome to attend however, only District Council members can vote and participate in District Business.
- No proxies are allowed per Toastmasters International protocols for the District Council meeting.
- Members of the District Council should reply to the email they have received from tmcredentials35@gmail.com as soon as possible to help ensure we can establish a quorum to conduct District business.
