Attention D35! Toastmasters of Rockwall is hosting an interactive session, featuring Dave Hendrickson, DTM, (former member of the Menomonee Falls Toastmasters Club) on Thursday, January 23. It will focus on how to organize your speeches!
Intended for newer Toastmasters, this session will look at famous speeches from history, dissect their structures, and demonstrate some of the tips and tricks that these famous speeches contain. In addition, for those who are new competitors in the International Speech contest, there will be another group of famous speeches that fit the pattern of a great International speech. We will do the same sort of breakdown, and look at how these speeches follow the best practices for International speeches. All are welcome to attend.
