This is not a club officer training nor Toastmasters Leadership institute.

How do you lead?  How do you want to lead?  Toastmasters is a safe place to practice new leadership skills, and we’re going to hear about tools and practices to bring your leadership game to the top.

• Team building
• Sharing vision
• Building consensus
• How big should the runway be? (Planning for goals)
• Practicing skills outside the club

This will run about three hours, but it will help you focus on your own personal and professional goals and get you ready for the next calendar year!
