Being an chief judge at an area contest is exciting, challenging, and a terrific leadership experience. If you have never been a chief judge, that is okay, this training is for you. If you have been a chief judge this is a good refresher. Attend this training by Paul Freiberg to become more comfortable with the role and make the contest fair and enjoyable for all.
