Effective Club Coaching, presented by Paul Arnhold, DTM

There have been many positive changes to the club coaching program that went into effect on July 1, 2022. These include a required club coach module be completed prior to being assigned. We will highlight those changes as well as have a practical conversation on what it really takes to be a success at club coaching. Beyond the Toastmasters materials.

To get the most out of the session, please complete the module ahead of time.  It will benefit coaches, club leaders for clubs that are considering a coach, and DEC members alike as they encourage excellence from our District.

About our presenter:  Paul Arnhold has been in Toastmasters since 2008. He currently holds three DTMs and soon a fourth. He has served clubs in three Districts,  D62, D63, and now D35. He has been a trio member, successful club coach, taking a club from ready to dissolve to President’s Distinguished in less than a year, as a well as being a recipient of club coach efforts from a club he belonged.  Paul has served as mentor to District leaders. He has started several clubs, been involved or led four Speechcraft programs and a youth leadership offering. Paul has been published in the Toastmaster Magazine and a regular trainer and worksop presenter.
