What is Toastmasters?
Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, the organization’s membership exceeds 364,000 in more than 16,200 clubs in 145 countries. Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators and leaders.

District 35 will be celebrating 70 years in July 2022.
With clubs throughout Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula, Michigan, there is a time and place to fit your needs and schedule. Whether you’re looking for a community club to help you develop your speaking confidence and leadership skills or a specialty club to enhance your salesmanship or humor, we have a club for you. Everything in Toastmasters revolves around the club, and you’re sure to find one near you!
While each club offers the same core program and benefits (prepared speeches, evaluations, and impromptu speaking), each club also has its own unique personality and culture. Attending a club meeting as a guest is free, so visit as many as you like until you find the club that best fits your needs and personality.

Members pay international dues of $60.00 every six months, plus a one-time, new member fee of $20.00. Clubs may charge nominal club dues.
