2026 Conference Registration

STOP! If your club has paid the club registration, and you are attending online via Zoom, you do not need to fill out this registration form. All members of registered clubs will receive the Zoom information a few days before the conference.

Please describe any special dietary needs here. If the existing food option would work with modifications, please indicate the existing option that would work and the modifications necessary. We will do our best to accommodate.
Discounted Program Ad(Required)
We’re offering a discounted ad in our conference program to any Area Director, Division Director, or conference speaker. This will be a half-page ad, measuring about 4.5″ x 3.5″, and will appear in all printed conference programs and the PDF we distribute to online attendees The cost is $25. If you choose this option, a member of our conference team will reach out to you.

With this registration, I consent and authorize Toastmasters International or District 35 to copyright, use and publish any of the images in any format taken of me on this day. I understand these images may be used for a variety of purposes and may appear on the club or district website, the Toastmasters website, in the Toastmaster magazine, promotional materials or any other media now known or to be invented. I also understand that Toastmasters International or any entity authorized by Toastmasters International will use the images exclusively for Toastmasters-related purposes and not for any commercial gain. Since anyone can download an image from the Internet or make copies from printed materials, I agree that Toastmasters International and/or District 35 is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. I am aware that I am not entitled to any compensation and that the images may appear with or without my or my club’s name. Refunds must be requested on or before April 16th, or within three days of the placing of your order, whichever is later. When issued, refunds will be for the full amount of your registration, less any credit card processing fees. Once the completed meal count has been forwarded to the facility, no refunds are possible as District 35 will have paid the venue for your order. We appreciate your understanding.
