When will status be updated? Each week on Sunday the current yardage will be updated on the District 35 website.

Are there any more ways to earn Yards? Maybe, it’s a long year. Keep an eye out!

How do I submit my yards? E-mail TFL@DISTRICT35.ORG with details on your achievements plus pictures for events. Remember to send your club name.

What happens if my club earns a Convention Breakfast with the Trio after the Spring Convention? Your club will receive a $10 Toastmasters Gift Certificate.

What happens if my club earns Free Convention Registration after registering for the Spring Convention? Your club will be refunded the cost of club registration up until the convention. If your club earns this level after the Spring Convention, your club will receive a $25 Toastmasters Gift Certificate.

How do I submit evidence of an Open House? To obtain credit for an open house send the club name, date of the open house, evidence of how it was promoted and a picture of the event to TFL@District35.org.

How do I submit evidence of a raid? To obtain credit for a club raid send the club name, raid date, members on the raid and a picture in front of the raided club’s banner to TFL@District35.org.

How do I get credit for mentorship? To qualify for the mentor yards, the mentor must be officially assigned by a club officer and meet with the mentee at least 3 times. To obtain credit for mentoring send the club name, the mentor name, the mentee name, which speeches they were mentored for (1-3 or 4-6), and which dates they met on to TFL@District35.org. Only one mentor may be assigned to each person for their speeches.

How do I submit evidence of running Speechcraft? To obtain credit for running speechcraft send the club name, speechcraft dates, evidence of how it was promoted and a picture of one of the meetings to TFL@District35.org.

When do rewards get distributed? We will work with your area director to distribute rewards throughout the year.

What is the Order of the Moose? Something fun because the 2017 International Convention was in Vancouver and there are moose up there. Nothing on Google about other order of the mooses pertains to this.

If I am a member of more than one club, which club gets credit for me attending a conference or convention? All of the clubs you belong to at the time of the conference or convention will receive credit for you attending.
