DESCRIPTION:In the 2024-25 Toastmasters program year\, many clubs in District 35 (and other districts) finished the year on June 30 with fewer than 12 members. \nWhy?! \nMany factors can impact a club’s membership. That’s a fact of life.\nYet\, many key actions can help INCREASE your club’s membership. That’s also a fact of life. \nOur presenter Keith Hardy\, DTM\, won’t be discussing your grandparents’ sugar and spice methods to grow club membership. Oh no–he will share ideas and actions that might be a bit uncomfortable\, yet will bear fruit with sustained higher club membership. \nKeith served as the 1996-97 District 6 Director\, leading nearly 300 clubs throughout Minnesota and northwestern Ontario.
